Please read all instructions before beginning
Before using this service, you must contact one of our Technicians to arrange a time, and supply billing information (there is a $25 per hour charge unless otherwise stated by the technician). If required a ticket number will be issued at this time, and you will be advised which server to connect to when presented with that option.
Once the Technician has provided you with the time, and confirmed which server to use, you may return to this page.

When you are ready to begin click the "Start Remote Support" button below.
You will then be prompted to download a file called pcsupport.exe. Click "Open" (in Windows 95/98/ME/2000) or Run (in Windows XP) to launch the program.

You should now see a screen that looks like the one below

Double click the server in the left column which the technician informed you to use.
Your connection will be established almost immediately, and you will see an
"eyeball" in your system tray down near the clock, this indicates the remote
connection is active.
If you are a Windows XP user, you will probably receive
a warning like the one shown below

xp-warning

Please click  RUN  should you be presented this warning.
Your connection will be established almost immediately, and you will see an "eyeball" in your system tray down near the clock, this indicates the remote connection is active.

    Notes:
  • Your systems keyboard and mouse will now be under the control of the technician, please do not move the mouse, or press any keys on the keyboard unless otherwise instructed.
  • Your desktop background image will disappear while the technician is working. Your image will return to your desktop once the technician has complete the work, and terminated the remote connection.
  • Do not close the Remote Connection unless you wish to end the session.
  • Once the remote session is terminated by the technician, the small program pcsupport.exe you downloaded at the start, is automatically removed by your computer. Should a reconnection be required, the same process will have to be started again from the beginning.
  • Because this is a customer initiated connection, there are no security concerns that our company would be connecting to you with out your consent. We, require you, to start the process, not the other way around.
