| Before using this service, you must contact one of our Technicians to arrange a time, and supply billing information (there is a $25 per hour charge unless otherwise stated by the technician). If required a ticket number will be issued at this time, and you will be
advised which server to connect to when presented with that option. Once the Technician has provided you with the time, and confirmed which server to use, you may return to this page. When you are ready to begin click the "Start Remote Support" button below. You will then be prompted to download a file called pcsupport.exe. Click "Open" (in Windows 95/98/ME/2000) or Run (in Windows XP) to launch the program. | |
